Ordinary concrete challenges
Wide open seams damage the wheels of warehouse equipment and reduce productivity. It's even more difficult for the little wheels of robots. Re-stitching is expensive and inefficient. Sometimes the seams not only open, but their edges rise (curling) - then a void forms under the rise; the edges of the seam start to crumble. Floor deformation that is not suitable for automated warehouses. Floor sanding is expensive. When placing pallet racks, the seams must be taken into account - due to the fact that the edges want to rise up, there may be emptiness under them, the load capacity is therefore much worse. This worsens floor utilization (pallets per square meter).
